Singing for the Brain

Did you know that singing can improve your brain activity, well-being and mood? You don’t need to be a good singer to benefit.

Come along to:

-Do fun vocal warm ups and sing a wide variety of familiar and new songs

-Express yourself, feel positive and make new friends

-Feel supported by our skilled, compassionate and experienced staff who are on hand to support you with anything you need

100% of people who go along to Singing for the Brain® sessions say they’ve improved their life in some way.

-Singing for the Brain is for people with dementia who can attend alone or with a loved one.

The group is led by Dominique Levack (A specialist music teacher) and Louisa Marchant (Group Facilitator).
