Carers Hub is a partnership of three local charities and local authority assessment staff, who have joined together to create a focal point for unpaid carers, to get the information and support they need.
Think of Carers Hub as the front door for carers and professionals seeking support in Brighton & Hove. From here, you can submit a referral for services and access our Carer Champions training programme.
